The AKS Tru-Cut CNC plasma cutting system is the latest addition to our equipment at Custom Creek Fabrications. The Tru-Kut CNC plasma table is used for the precision cutting of various materials using a plasma torch. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, which means that the machine’s movements and cutting operations are controlled by a computer program.
The Tru-Kut CNC plasma table is specifically designed for plasma cutting, which is a process that uses a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) to melt and sever through metal. The plasma torch emits an electric arc that passes through a constricted opening, creating the plasma jet. The intense heat of the plasma melts the metal, while a high-velocity gas stream blows away the molten metal. This results in a clean and precise cut.
CNC Plasma Tables
CNC plasma tables like the Tru-Kut allow for highly accurate and automated cutting operations.
